The mural is stylized as an old photograph of the early 20th century and is located above the building of The City Children's Library named after Taras Shevchenko. The monumental artist Andriy Tomchyshyn worked on it. The picture shows the Berliant's house, which was located on the opposite side of the street and which was blown up in the first days of World War II, and a man with an old camera. There are two switchboards under the mural that are as if dressed as the old cameras.
